Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully and ask your health insurance provider about your benefits, copay and deductible.

Private pay patients are welcomed. Rates vary from $100 – $185 per session.

Patients can receive a Super Bill upon request for possible insurance reimbursement. Please call or email our office if you have any questions regarding services or fees
Cancellation Policy
For all appointments, our provider makes every effort to see you at your scheduled time. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances do arise, if you must cancel your appointment, we ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible, but a minimum of at least 24 hours is required to avoid any charges. Charges may include set amount per the clinic policy or up to whole session amount. Please review our financial policy.
